  • Our owner, Teri Smiley, is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach. We offer CliftonStrengths coaching for individuals and for teams. According to decades of research by Gallup, they found that building employees' strengths is a far more effective approach to improving performance than trying to improve weaknesses. When employees know and use their strengths, they are more engaged, perform better, and are less likely to leave their company.

• A Roadmap for Board Excellence

  • A training program for non-profit boards on governance, roles and responsibilities, board meetings, committees and Robert’s Rules of Order to ensure organizational success.

• Facilitation of Staff Team Retreats & Planning Sessions

  • It’s important for staff teams to be cohesive and retreats and planning sessions with an outside facilitator are great ways to bring collaboration through team building and bonding activities and group planning.

• Board of Directors Planning Sessions/Retreat Facilitation

  • The board should meet annually to review the organization’s mission, strategic initiatives, goals and celebrate the wins. This is a great opportunity for activities to build trust and camaraderie among board members while they work to create future plans for the organization.

• Staff Training - Board Management, Leadership & Personal Development

  • We offer a variety training options for team members including board management as well as personal and leadership development. Teri, our owner, is also a certified John Maxwell Team member so she can put together a specific leadership/personal development program for your team which can be a mix of John Maxwell books and materials or on specific books.

• Team Building & Bonding

  • We offer team building and bonding activities for staff, volunteer groups and boards both in person and virtually. These activities create opportunities for interaction, building trust and collaboration for your team.
